ISOC 2026 is to be held as a Hybrid Meeting (on-site and on-demand).
On-site presentation
Authors who wish to present on-site are required to complete registration and pay the registration fee of JPY 20,000.
On-site participation is limited to presenting authors and co-authors only.
Web presentation
While there is no participation fee, registration is required.
For web presentations, presenters are required to submit their presentation data (MP4) in advance.
The presentation time is 10 minutes, and there will be no Q&A session.

Overseas participants are kindly requested to join the on-demand programs (free of charge).

Abstract submission is now closed.
1. Abstract Submission
- Participants of the 23rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Oral Care (JSOC 2026) are encouraged to submit their abstracts in English to ISOC 2026. An additional JPY 3,000 will be charged for the abstract submission to ISOC 2026.
- Abstract Title is limited to 50 words.
- Abstract is limited to 400 words.
- Charts, graphs are not allowed to be attached.
- In your abstract for "Clinical Research" and "Basic Research", please include [Purpose], [Methods], [Results and Discussion], [Conclusions].
- For "Case Reports", please include [Background], [Case(s)], [Conclusions].
- Abstracts from non-native English speakers are to be checked by native proofreaders.
Please note that we may ask you for the revision of your submitted abstracts. - Acceptance of the abstracts will be decided by the program committee.

- All the abstract submissions will be registered online from this website.
Kindly proceed with your submission through the registration form provided at the bottom of this page. - To avoid the website congestion immediately prior to the deadline, we recommend early registration.
- After completing the abstract submission, a notification will be sent to the registered E-mail address shortly. In case the E-mail is not delivered, please contact us.
- If you wish to modify your registered abstract, please log in using the E-mail address and password you used during registration. You can make changes as many times as needed until the deadline.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection of submitted abstracts will be sent out in March.
