Meeting Registration
Registration for the Conference
Advance registration for the conference is strongly advised. Simply complete and send the Application Form for Registration, as a separated sheet, to the Management Secretariat (nkc-staff@konfrnz.com) before August 5, 2010. Attachment of an appropriate document (preferably filed by PDF) to certify your status is required in addition, in case indicated.
Acknowledgement with Registration ID will be issued and sent to your registered e-mail address by the Secretariat.
Please bring it when you come to the conference at the on-site registration desk.
Notice: Payment of registration fee is requested to be made on-site only in Japanese yen in CASH.
1. Registration Fees
Registration fee includes a badge for attending scientific sessions, welcome reception, farewell party, a booklet of Program & Abstracts, free services of coffee on intermission, and lunches on 19th and 20th.

Invitation for Poster Presentations
Abstracts describing informative contents/data about neuroimmunology (neuro-immune cross-talk, autoimmunity targeting neural or muscle antigens, T cell trafficking to the CNS, pathogenesis of Th1 and Th17 cells, basic research of multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica, treatment of neuroimmunological diseases) are cordially welcomed.
- Abstract Submission
- 1) 300 words (approx.) abstract filed by Microsoft Word (Word 2007 or Word 97-2003, not PDF), excluding title and authors, should be sent to the Management Secretariat (nkc-staff@konfrnz.com) not later than July 30th, with the Application Form for Registration, The secretariat will forward it immediately to Dr. Yamamura, Chairman of the Conference, for screening
- 2) Format of Abstract
Both style of structured abstract and unstructured abstract is acceptable.
- Instructions for Poster Presentation will be sent after notifying acceptance to presenter.
