  Information for presentation
Information for oral presentation
Total presentation time for each speaker is 25 min (including 5 min discussion time) for speakers from overseas, and 20 min (including 5 min discussion time) for Japanese. All presentation must be made in the form of a PC presentation. Only LCD projection is available, and no 35 mm slide projectors, overhead projectors or TV/VCR displays will be provided. All speakers are requested to bring their presentation data in CD-ROM or USB-memory stick. Computers with Japanese Windows XP and Microsoft Power Point 2003 will be provided. Those people who will use Macintosh computer and/or animation are asked to bring their own computers. Please note that no preview room is available.

Information for poster presentation
Size of the poster should not exceed 90 cm x 180 cm (width x height). Please note that the top left corner of the board will be occupied by a number card (20 cm x 20 cm) supplied by the secretariat. Necessary materials to fix the poster will be provided.
